Change dominates the current health care market and each year brings another round of transformations. The reimbursement system is one fundamental factor that drives the medical sector. Massachusetts has always been a leader in health care and this year is no different with the passage of landmark legislation and "universal access" which many are touting as a national model.

Our distinguished faculty will address the following questions:

  • Will there be enough money to cover everyone?
  • Can insurers develop plans that are low cost and provide real coverage?
  • What are the implications for health care providers and will we benefit from the Bill?
  • In the end, will quality and accessibility to health care in Massachusetts be improved?
  • What should providers do to benefit from this landmark legislation?
